Clearline Envelope Advisors LLC ("Clearline," "we," "us," or "our") is a building envelope advisory firm headquartered in Buffalo, New York. We operate the website located at clearlineenvelope.com (the "Site").

4.1 Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our Site. Google Analytics collects the behavioral data described in Section 2.2 through cookies and similar tracking technologies. This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Google Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors by name or contact information.

4.2 HubSpot, Inc.

We use HubSpot as our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. When you submit our contact form, the information you provide is transmitted to and stored within HubSpot. HubSpot processes this data on our behalf pursuant to a data processing agreement. HubSpot does not use your information for its own independent marketing or sales purposes. 4.3 Google Workspace (Google LLC)

We use Google Workspace for business email. Correspondence sent to or received from our email addresses (@clearlineenvelope.com) is processed through Google's servers in accordance with Google's Workspace data processing terms.

4.4 Website Hosting Provider

Our Site is hosted by TIME USA LLC. Standard web server logs described in Section 2.2 are retained by TIME USA LLC in accordance with their data retention policies.

We do not share your personal information with any third party other than the service providers listed above, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform services on our behalf. We require all data processors to maintain appropriate security standards and to process personal information only as directed by us.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to support Site functionality and analytics. We use the following types of cookies:

Essential Cookies: These cookies are necessary for the Site to function and cannot be disabled. They do not store personally identifiable information.

Contact form submissions: Information submitted through our contact form is retained in our CRM for as long as an active business relationship exists or is under active evaluation, and for a reasonable period thereafter consistent with legitimate business and legal record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8).

Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained in accordance with our configured retention period of 14 months and Google's standard data retention policies.

Email correspondence: Business email correspondence is retained in accordance with our standard business record-keeping practices.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we hold against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

  • SSL/TLS encryption on all pages of our Site

  • Password-protected access to our CRM and email systems with two-factor authentication

  • Restriction of access to personal information to authorized personnel only

  • Selection of third-party service providers based on their security standards and data processing practices

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we take the protection of your information seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting New York residents, we will comply with the notification requirements of the New York SHIELD Act and any other applicable law.

Our Site and services are directed exclusively to commercial real estate professionals and business entities. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
